Osteopathy is regarded by its practitioners as a therapy which compliments conventional medicine by being able to treat a wide range of structural and mechanical problems affecting the spine generally, peripheral joints and injury to the soft tissues.

The most commonly encountered problems that osteopathic treatment can alleviate are listed below:

  • Headaches and Migraines.
  • Rib Problems: which may cause breathing difficulties.
  • Sports injuries: including "Tennis and Golfing Elbow", sprained ankles, pulled ligaments and muscles, can generally be treated using ultrasound, a facility which is available.
  • Back Pain associated with pregnancy.
  • Joint stiffness and pain associated with arthritis.
  • Postural and Occupational Stress.

Clinics will be every Tuesday afternoon from 2.00 to 5.00 pm.
